Backstory

Pire's relationship with Hein is older than either of their desires to destroy the gods who created them. Not a single being lives, other than those in the Heavens, who knows either Pire or Hein from a time when they did not know each other. Since the formation of the Ravi, Pire has operated as Hein's most trusted partner. Often, Pire assumes Hein's position in the latter's absence. As the other members of the Ravi would attest, however, Pire lacks Hein's subtlety and touch. Her nickname, 'Ashmaker,' comes less from her mastery of fire magic and more from her manners of negotiation and management.
