Nekrilim
DESCRIPTION
These are the offspring of the Ravi's attempts at playing god. Formed from corpses and fabricated parts, these humanoids are counterfeit humans. Clearly, the Great Creator's powers of creation far exceed the Ravi's. The nekrilim are malformed, disfigured, limping beings. Teeth grow from their foreheads, their limbs are odd in number, their nails reach a foot long. Wispy strands of hair cover their oblong -- sometimes double -- heads. Whatever personality once imbued their disparate parts has long since dissipated, being replaced by — many believe — dark magic from the Void, which animates these patchwork faux-people. Though devoid of spirit, their mournful, pained moaning hints at some sort of consciousness trapped in a prison of deformed flesh.
TYPES
There are two main types of nekrilim, both very similar in appearance. The most common type is a seeming footsoldier that is often seen carrying around a sword, mace, axe, or other one-handed weapon. Some have extra appendages to which they attach a shield or other piece of armor.
The second common type of nekrilim is the archer nekrilim. These beasts have one arm much longer than the other, allowing them far more range of motion when pulling back a bowstring, giving their shots superhuman power.
Another, more rare, type of nekrilim is the shield nekrilim, which is visually distinct from these others.
